We follow the standards of ISO:22000.
Raw material is purchased from the
approved suppliers. Raw materials are inspected and only
sound suitable raw materials are used. All the dry fruit
is fumigated by professionals before taking it in process.The
dry fruits are sorted for foreign material and gradation
for institutional use as well as retail sale.

Our food safety team follows the methodology
of Hazard Analysis, combinations of control measures are
selected based on the hazard assessment which are capable
of preventing eliminating or reducing food safety hazards
to defined acceptable levels.
Periodically the chemical and microbiology
analysis is done of all nuts. Utmost
care is taken in handling and packing of material. The packing
is done hygienically in food grade packing material and
Nitrogen packaging is done for pouches.
